Meet some of the dogs we work with
Border Collie
Breckon (Behavioral and Training)
Breckon was extremely destructive (digging holes in garden, chewing furniture, jumping up, pulling excessively on lead. After a few sessions and a training boot-camp with us we were able to turn things around.
He is now living a happy and fulfilled life with his owner in York
Doberman Pincher
Coper (Training)
Anxiety to various environments, unsettled and extensive pulling on lead. Small steps is key here and patience. Taking your time to train anxious dogs in short bursts but essentially, do not rush and make sure you have plenty of time when taking them out to new places. Keep it short!
Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Mavin (Behavioral and Training)
An extremely anxious dog.... Fear of noise (fire works especially), fear of going out for a walk after having been bitten by other dogs in the past.
Extreme case but with perseverance, the owner is seeing progress. The experience with fireworks this year's fire works has been noticeably better. This is not a quick fix but a journey to recovery!
Cocker Spaniel
Milo (Behavioral and Training)
Milo was a very complex dog with deep behavioral issues. A little like 'Jackel and Hide', which made this a complex case. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with 'Cocker rage'. A neurological disorder which can only be managed and not treatable with episodes of aggression towards humans and dogs
Chihuahua (Virtual support - Belgium)
Nina and Senna (Behavioral and Training)
These two Chihuahua dogs have been rescued by a dog farm with over 300 dogs!! There have had a horrendous start in life but with the perseverance of the new owner and practicing some tips I provided her with, these are now living a happy fulfilled life and most of all loved by their new mum.
Patterdale Terriers
Reggie and Rosie (Behavioral and Training)
These are sister and brother, beautiful nature. Reggie, the male (in black) has some reactivity issues with other dogs and has just started 'Scentwork' with Bdogcoach to help his anxiety levels. Also working on his lead walk. There is no reason for his reactivity issues, no trauma. It shows you that sometimes this behavior can be inbuilt in the breed itself, especially if there is a strong breed line with strong traits. Work in progress
